1. Who this is for

The Network Accelerator is a private platform for verified members of the cohort. Access is granted by invitation and may be revoked at any time at the founders' discretion. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older and authorised to be in the cohort.

2. Beta status

The platform is in active beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may pause access for maintenance or to address abuse. Don't rely on it as a system of record - keep your own copy of anything important.

3. Your content

You own what you put in your profile, opportunities and requests. By posting it you grant other verified cohort members the right to read it inside the platform for the purpose of collaboration and matching. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

4. Acceptable use

  • Treat other members with respect. No harassment, discrimination or doxxing.
  • Don't scrape, export in bulk, or share member data outside the cohort.
  • Don't use the platform to spam, sell unrelated products, or recruit for activities outside the cohort's purpose.
  • Don't try to break, probe or overload the platform.

5. AI features & fair use

AI-powered search and CV parsing are provided to help you find people and onboard faster. During the beta we apply per-day usage limits to keep costs sustainable and to prevent abuse - currently 10 AI searches and 3 CV extractions per user per day. Limits reset at midnight UTC and may change without notice. You can opt out of AI processing entirely in Settings.

6. Privacy

See the privacy notice for what we collect, how we use it, where it's stored, and how to export or delete your data.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, harms other members, or whose cohort membership ends.

8. No warranty & liability

The platform is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the founders and operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect.
